The goat walks at Twisted Roots Farm in Judique and the catch-and-keep fishing at Old Miller Trout Farm in South West Margaree are both well-suited to kids and take about an hour each. The interactive exhibit room at the Celtic Music Interpretive Centre in Judique also works for curious kids, especially if a lesson or ceilidh is happening the same day.

Piano accompaniment lessons require advance registration, but the 20-minute beginner lessons in Scottish Gaelic, fiddle, and stepdance generally don't. The lunch ceilidhs run seven days a week from early June to mid-October, so dropping in is usually fine — though arriving at opening time gives you better seat selection.

The gallery is Fraser's personal working studio, so contacting them before visiting is the safest approach to confirm he's in and working. A visit typically takes 30–45 minutes and is most interesting when a canvas is actively in progress.

It's a shop rather than a guided interpretive experience, so plan 20–30 minutes to browse properly and read the context provided alongside the work.
