How long does setup take?
Typical timeline is 2–4 weeks from contract to launch: domain setup + DNS, brand assets, layout selection, payment processor onboarding, content seeding (if you take that add-on), and a training session.
Can we use our own payment processor?
Yes — Moneris, Stripe, or PayPal at v1, with more on the roadmap. You bring your own merchant account; funds flow direct to you, we never hold tenant money. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you set up Moneris or Stripe at no extra charge.
What about the Expedia hotel integration?
Hotel rates and booking are available on Growth and Pro tiers. The platform takes 5% of each booking; you can add your own markup on top of that, fully controlled in your admin panel.
Can we customize beyond what the layouts offer?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise tiers include custom theming. For deeper customisation (new modules, integrations, layouts), we quote at $150/hr with a $1,500 minimum.
What happens if we cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Monthly subscribers get prorated to end of billing period. Annual prepay subscribers keep service through the paid term and just turn off auto-renewal. Your data export (full SQL dump + uploaded media) is included free on cancellation.
Do you offer multi-region / multi-language?
Single language at v1 (English; French roadmap is in scope for Canadian tenants). Multi-region is the natural next step but not in v1 — we want to nail single-region first.
