This eight-course chef-led dinner features local seafood, seasonal produce, foraged ingredients, and Acadian flavours, with sommelier wine pairings. You'll sit at communal tables overlooking the highlands, surrounded by local art, and hear Chef Cameron Armstrong explain each course. Open Tuesday to Saturday until November 1, 2026, with seatings at 6:00pm and 6:30pm; $185 per person with advance booking required.
