Chef-led eight-course dinner on the Cabot Trail featuring foraged and local ingredients, wild herbs, and Acadian flavours. Seated at communal tables surrounded by local art, you'll hear about each dish from the chef while a sommelier pairs wines with each course. Offered Tuesday to Saturday until November 1, 2026, with seatings at 6:00pm and 6:30pm. $185 per person; advance booking required. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with 48 hours notice.
