Chef-led eight-course dinner on the Cabot Trail featuring foraged and local ingredients, wild herbs, and Acadian flavours. You'll sit at a communal table while a Michelin-trained chef explains each course, with optional sommelier-led wine pairings. Runs Tuesday to Saturday until November 1, 2026, two seatings nightly at 6:00pm and 6:30pm. $185 per person; advance booking required. Dietary restrictions should be noted 48 hours ahead.
