Ingonish Visitor Centre (Cape Breton Highlands National Park)
The Ingonish Visitor Centre handles travellers approaching Cape Breton Highlands National Park from the eastern (Cabot Trail) side. Smaller than Chéticamp's centre but with the same essentials: park passes, trail maps, restrooms and a small gift shop.
Staff post current trail conditions on a board near the entrance — useful for the Skyline, Franey and Middle Head trails which can be closed for moose activity or weather. The parking lot is large enough for travel trailers.
