Lower North River Falls

This easy 1 km hike takes about an hour and leads to a 5 metre waterfall on the North River. The trailhead is at North River Falls Provincial Park on Oregon Road, east of North River Bridge on the Cabot Trail northeast of Baddeck. The trail descends gently to the river then follows it to the falls; watch for washouts near the waterfall and watch for trail markers on the way out, especially as cell coverage is not available.
