Louisbourg Lighthouse Trail
A 2-kilometre looped coastal trail across the harbour from the Fortress of Louisbourg, featuring ocean views and access to a lighthouse that sits on the site of Canada's first (built 1734). The gentle loop suits families, while experienced hikers can continue on rougher terrain along the shoreline. Dogs on leash are welcome year-round.
