Broad Cove Beach

This hidden gem of a sandy beach can be found at the foot of the Broad Cove Campground. Dip into the Atlantic and rinse off in the neighbouring brook. Washrooms can be found within the campground. Contact Parks Canada staff for access to the accessible washroom. No lifeguards on duty. Cape Breton Highlands National Park’s operating season is from mid-May to mid-October, with full services in July and August. The Cabot Trail is open year round. A park pass is required for use of all services and facilities in the national park, including beaches. Revenues are used to maintain and improve park services.
