Heartland Tour - Lennox Passage Provincial Park

This annual health and active-living campaign stops at Lennox Passage Provincial Park each summer, featuring free activities like supported bike rides, guided walks and hikes, and line dancing for all ages and abilities. Presented by the Cardiac Cycle Society of Nova Scotia, participants can choose their activity and distance level. 2026 marks the tour's 20th year.
