Kimberley Fraser and Howie MacDonald are two of Cape Breton Island's most celebrated traditional Celtic musicians — Kimberley Fraser is one of Cape Breton Island's most accomplished traditional musicians , mastering fiddle, piano, and step dance, while Howie MacDonald is a master Celtic fiddler from Westmount, Cape Breton County .
