A lively Kitchenfest pub night at The Old Triangle Irish Alehouse & Pub, headlined by Evans and Doherty — the Halifax-based Celtic folk duo Kevin Evans and Brian Doherty, whose 40-plus years of traditional, original, and contemporary songs woven with stories and humour have made them icons of the East Coast music scene. Joining them are Cape Breton fiddler Brian MacDonald, multi-talented Gaelic singer, pianist, and step dancer Abigail MacDonald of St. Andrews, and Mary Beth Carty. A warm evening of East Coast music rooted in the rich Celtic traditions of Nova Scotia.
