Buddy MacDonald is an esteemed Cape Breton singer-songwriter and guitarist from the Island's North Shore who has been entertaining audiences for over 45 years. He is a 2022 East Coast Music Association Stompin' Tom Award winner, and his iconic song "Getting Dark Again" was inducted into the Cape Breton Music Industry Hall of Fame. His warm storytelling style and finely crafted songs have delighted audiences from Cape Breton to Scotland and beyond.
