A lively ceilidh at the Celtic Music Interpretive Centre in Judique, featuring two of Nova Scotia's most celebrated traditional musicians. Kimberley Fraser is one of Cape Breton Island's most accomplished traditional musicians , a master at the trio of fiddling, step dancing, and piano, whose album Falling on New Ground won the East Coast Music Award for Roots/Traditional Album of the Year. Troy MacGillivray hails from Lanark, Nova Scotia, brings a roots-centred approach rooted in Scottish heritage and Gaelic tradition, and was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for contributions to culture in Canada.
