This free event includes chair yoga, a presentation on how hearing loss affects brain health, a hearing aids demonstration, live music, and snacks. It runs from 1 to 3 PM on May 13, 2026 at la salle des retraités in Sydney, part of CBU's Centre for Healthy Aging.
