The KitchenFest! ‘Old Time’ Concert
The Gaelic College hosts an old-fashioned concert to kick off KitchenFest! 2026.
A beloved Cape Breton concert tradition, an "Old Time" Concert brings together local musicians for an evening of fiddle, piano, Gaelic song, and step dancing rooted in the island's Scottish heritage. Held at Colaisde na Gàidhlig — North America's only Gaelic college, nestled along the Cabot Trail in St. Ann's — it offers visitors an authentic taste of the living culture that has thrived here since 1938.
