Tai Chi 2 at the Baddeck Library
A second tai chi session starts at 10:30am Saturdays at the Baddeck Library due to demand for the popular exercise class.
Weekly tai chi classes offered Saturday mornings at the Baddeck Library, with sessions at 9am and 10:30am. The program, run by Victoria County Recreation, covers basic tai chi movements and their health benefits. Contact the library at 902-295-2055 or [email protected] for registration details.
