A chef-led eight-course dinner on the Cabot Trail featuring local seafood, foraged ingredients, and Acadian flavours. You'll sit at a communal table with wine pairings while Chef Cameron Armstrong explains each course, with views of the highlands and local art surrounding you. Offered Tuesday to Saturday until November 1, 2026, at 6:00pm or 6:30pm seatings. $185 per person; advance booking required. Dietary restrictions accommodated with 48 hours notice.
