Chef-led 8-course tasting menu featuring local seafood, seasonal produce, foraged ingredients, and Acadian flavours. Two nightly seatings (6pm and 6:30pm) Tuesday to Saturday until November 1, 2026, at communal tables overlooking the highlands. $185 per person; advance booking required with 48-hour notice for dietary restrictions.
