Two days of National Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations happen June 20-21 in Cape Breton Highlands National Park.

Two-day celebration in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Saturday June 20 at 1:00 pm (Chéticamp Visitor Centre): drumming, music, flag raising, and cake with park interpreters; volunteers can help set up the tipi afterward. Sunday June 21 at 1:00 pm (Ingonish Beach Day Use Area): activities and games celebrating L'nu culture and language. Everyone welcome.
