The house has five bedrooms with 7 beds and three bathrooms. There are two large living rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped galley kitchen. A screened porch off the living room opens onto a large deck overlooking the meadow, heather and lavender gardens, and ocean. High speed fiber optic internet and wifi are provided as are laundry facilities, Smart TV, and a BBQ. The House is a short drive to Cabot Landing Provincial Park, with its uncrowded, 2 km long sandy beach. The picturesque fishing village of Bay St. Lawrence is a 5-minute drive away. The Markland Resort in Dingwall, has become well known for fine dining. The town of Ingonish is a 45 minute drive from the House – here you can treat yourself to a spa day at the Keltic Lodge or play 18-holes at the Cape Breton Highlands Links golf course. The property is available for rental for a minimum of one week (6 nights) from mid-June to mid-October.
