Sacred Heart Community Health Centre
Sacred Heart serves the western side of the Cabot Trail and is the closest emergency department for anyone travelling between Inverness and Pleasant Bay. It is a small community facility — staffed 24 hours by physicians or nurse practitioners and able to stabilize most emergencies before transferring serious cases to Sydney.
The location is on the Cabot Trail in Chéticamp village; signage is clear from both directions.
