Hear the local connection and inspiration behind each course from Michelin-trained Chef Cameron Armstrong. Connect with nature, food, and each other around two, handcrafted communal dining tables, surrounded by local art and overlooking the rolling highlands. Sommelier-led wine pairings, using low-intervention selections that reflect the terroir and natural expression of the grapes, while perfectly accompanying each course.
