Coore’s Lobster Shack is a Maritime lobster shack and smokehouse, located at the Barn by Cabot Cliffs on Whitman Way. Named after Cabot Cliffs’ co-designer, Bill Coore, Coore’s offers a classic Atlantic Canada lobster boil experience. Featuring fresh seafood, smoked meats, and a refreshing selection of beverages. Coore’s menu has been curated to highlight some East Coast staples every visitor must try. Recently refurbished, The Barn features ample seating options and cozy nooks to sit back and soak in the ambience.
